Specifications
KAIST HOUND 2 is a high-speed quadrupedal robot developed by the DRCD Lab. It weighs 53 kg and can reach a higher speed outperforming HOUND 1. The robot's key components such as the motors, motor drivers, gear systems, and communication modules were all designed and built directly by the lab. With these custom-developed parts, HOUND 2 is capable of running faster than a human.
